Actually, he's not. The only problem is that he's speaking one syllable at a
time, regardless of which word it belongs to. Thus, {Qo'noS wa'Daq} becomes
{Qo' . . . noS . . . waDaq . . .} (yes, I believe he leaves off the glottal
stop of {wa'}.
But it really is correct Klingon otherwise.
