KLBC: ghap and joq

This is a quick question about grammar. When joining nouns with {ghap} or
{joq}, what sort of prefix might one use? For example, should the correct
sentence be:

tlhIngan Hol, DIvI' Hol ghap yIjatlh!

or

tlhIngan Hol, DIvI' Hol ghap tIjatlh! ?

It seems to get even worse when dealing with joq. For example:

Ha'DIbaH naHlet joq wISop

or

Ha'DIbaH naHlet joq DISop ?

Of course, the problem also comes up when using nouns in the subject
position.
