Klingon Dialects?

I recently found a text file on a local BBS, written by one "Omega
Man/Kahless III". It was a slightly modified version of the grammer
section of the original Klingon Dictionary, specifically naming various
Klingon dialects. These included Rumaiym, Klingonii, Klinzhaii, WIjngan,
Daqawlu, and Kumburan.
Am I right in assuming these are completely artificial and non-canon? Or
haven't I read the right issue of HolQed?
