As appealing an acronym as this is (and the KLI seems to *love* acronyms, we 
have so many) I'd just like to point out that unlike with the works of 
Shakespeare, we have no reason to suspect this was originally a Klingon work.

Bend your acronym-making talents to come up with something which describes 
Terrestrial classics translated for Klingons.  Presumably great Terran 
literature would be available to Klingons (how else will they ever come to 
understand the human mind?).  But a restoration? Nyaahhh.
