That's {paq}, not {pagh}. (I've made this kind of vocab error
enough times to emphathize -- I know I can hear the sound of a
hand slapping a forehead...) Anyway, both of these work.

I would not have thought of this, but it should work fine.
Usually, I'd just say {Ha'!}

That's {Qoy}. It is also a little strange twist on the meaning.
I'd say {jIQoy 'e' yIchaw'.} Still, I can see your point. It is
arguably better your way.

I'm really acting upon the knife. It's like your {paq qanob}
example, which works fine. While {SoHvaD paq vInob} works fine
as well, neither is massively preferable over the other.
