More or less; the uncertainty isn't specifically concerning the number
necessarily, but it should work in context.

No, the "about" is implied by the "tugh"; I wouldn't use "-lI'" here at
all. What you said is "Soon, their ship is in the process of arriving."
What works better is "Soon, their ship arrives" (tugh paw Dujchaj) or even
"Soon their ship will have arrived" (tugh pawpu' Dujchaj)--remember that
-pu' is perfective, and can happen in the future too.

Not quite what you said. For one thing, you said "It (some device) is set
up to activate the robot" (remember, yje subject comes last). There's also
no "about" (as in "soon to be) implied here; for that you'd need "tugh."
