i just want an "official" judgement on the following:

note:
the Addendum to TKD gives "nIS -- disrupt (v)". in this instance i am
using <nISwI'> to distinguish between a phaser and a disruptor. it is a
technical difference that <tlhIngan Hol> may not be intended to convey:
the word <pu'> may refer to *any* energy weapon, and <pu'HIch> to *any*
hand-held energy weapon. in any case, i am using <nISwI'> to refer to a
"device which disrupts". please state any opinions on word choice as
appropriate.
