It can now be told, I have indeed agreed to travel to the islands of Bermuda
aboard the cruise ship Royal Majestry as part of this year's CruiseTrek
voyage.
I'll be teaching Klingon to any of the passengers interested in learning the
warrior's tongue while we sail from Boston on August 27th, loiter in Bermuda
for four days, and then return.
I hope to rub shoulders with some of the actors and production folks, to
promote the use of proper Klingon on DSN and VOY, and to make them aware of
the KLI as a resource.
I plan to prepare some useful model sentences and a short vocabulary list for
them, so if anyone can think of appropriate things to say on a luxury cruise
ship please share them with me.
