(1) The tengwar are an alphabet. Saying `tengwar Quenya' makes
as much sense as saying `hangul Korean', `Roman letters English'
or `Cyrillic letters Russian'.
(2) The tengwar are never mentioned in the same context as Qenya,
the language of the unpublished Qenya Lexicon, excerpts of which
are found in the two _Book[s] of Lost Tales_.
