In some cases you could use the adverbial {loQ}.

On the PK tape, there is the phrase:
{Ho'Du'lIjDaq to'baj 'uSHom lughoDlu'bogh tu'lu'} which is translated as, 
"You have some stuffed tobaj leg in your teeth."

>From this example, it appears that the noun suffix {-Hom} can mean "some" or 
"a little bit of".

So you could probably say {HerghHom vItlhutlhpu'} (I have drank some 
medicine.)
