The second of these options more reasonably translates to "Does
the empiror know?" I think that's hilarious. It sounds like
something commonly whispered at the High Counsel...
Before you change "Ronn", realize that in Klingon, "Kling"
would be "tlhIng", since the language is called "tlhIngan Hol".
Maybe you'd like something simple, like "wIgh"? Would that
stroke the ego enough? Or "ta''a'"? Ultimately, it is a NAME,
and there is no consistent way to come up with names. You have
to make the subjective decision about what you want to be
called. Realize that one general rule is that people have
single worded names here. I don't remember anyone using more
than one word as a name. Some names means something and many
don't.

Unfortunately, it is also the interogative form of the verb
"know".

Recognize that there is usually a difference between a verb and
a noun. che'wI' would mean "ruler".

Realize that for general English, "analysis" refers to the
careful observation of something. Meanwhile, for computer
geeks, "analysis" means the process of creating the global
design of a new computer system and the coordination of the
programmers assigned various projects related to that design.
We do not have evidence that TKD is aimed at this kind of
technical writing and can't assume that poj is that broad in
its equivalency to the word "analysis". Ditto for the other two
terms.
Why not go for De'wI' po'wI'. It means, "Computer's expert".
