Yes, among other errors.  The missing {'e'} was lost when I copied from
paper to computer; there's also an extra {be'} left over from an earlier
attempt to state my thought.  Obviously I didn't proofread very well.
What I meant to say was {QIv tlhInganpu' 'e' vIHarmoH 'e' vIHechbe'}:
"I do not mean to imply that Klingons are inferior."
