I have had nice luck with hand shaping leather for a Beautiful forehead...
You still need to be good at make-up (theatrical) and do a wig if yopu want
big hair. I found my little "buzz" cut looked okay spiking around the
feathered edge of the leather. Kay California.

I know around last Halloween this topic was discussed, but I don't really
remember a good answer. Where/how does one get a head piece and costume to
look like a Klingon? I know there has to be a good asnwer out there since
some of you all obviously do have such things.
