Something which I felt good about was a challenge system. If someone
wants a copy, I pick a line from the book ("What is page 64, paragraph
2, line 3") and send it as a challenge. If they send back the
correct response, I sent them an electronic copy. (Apparently most
people didn't ask unless they had a book, since I never got incorrect
responses and only one or two no-responses.)
