Given the curious dietary concerns of the folks coming to the meeting (and
presumably to the our welcoming banquet), rather than try and pick a "dish"
that will suit everyone I thought it would be easiest to take advantage of
one of the BUFFET DINNERS that the hotel offers for its banquets.
Below is the basic menu (which will be modified specifically for vegetarian
and kosher folk). It will probably change a bit, but this gives you a basic
idea. The cost is $15.95, plus tax and tip (and I'm working on the KLI
wiping away the tax).
