In the last 'ay', 'avtanDIl was intending to leave upon his mission. Consequently he spent pretty much the entire 'ay' in a letter to his servants explaining that he was going to be leaving and his vassal, SermaDIn, would be ruling the yoS in the interim.
No warnings for this 'ay', apart from a bit of excessive sentimentality.

[1] The Georgian word is /momxre/ "believer, partisan, supporter". I thought {vIlle'} fit reasonably well in the context.
[2] I'd appreciate opinions on this sentence. In the absence of a subjunctive I've gone with a kinda complex construction and I hope the meaning travels.
SKI: 'avtanDIl sends his servants away as he rode out through the
forest; the citizenry of the yoS, once they realise they can't chase him, accept SermaDIn as their temporary
ruler sadly but joyously (in the way that this bom has of doing that
sort of thing).
