I think of it not as "dribs and drabs" but as "an extended period of
activity on the list". That was my third reason for deciding to do it one
word per day.

Edit access to *anything* on the KLI web site seems to have been broken,
subtly or not so subtly, for a long time. Were it not for that, the New
Words List could be maintained by any of several volunteers. The current
site refurbishment activity will include bringing the list fully up to date.
