I'm going to respond to Doq, and then I'm going to take ghunchu'wI''s lead and let this go. I never intended for this to become heated, and I'm actually a little frustrated that it seems to have been taken that way, as I thought I'd done my best to argue reasonably throughout. It seems we're not going to reach consensus on the basis of this argument.

For me Klingon is as much about the intellectual exercise of thinking about the grammar as about the speaking. And just as you point out later that there's no better place for writing Klingon, there's also no better place for the intellectual exercise.
