To make it a bit less obvious: *t'ksas*.  It's a pun, not a transcription.

Besides, there are a few cultural words beginning with {tIq}:  {tIqa' 
vIghro'} tika cat (type of animal), {tIqleH} tik'leth (type of weapon), 
{tIqnagh} tknag (type of animal).
