'official' way to wish someone health in Klingon, but it is consistent with 
the idea that sickness is considered a weakness and a Klingon needs to be

Trek notes:

N.B. in Trek specific diseases are frequently called "syndromes".

*rop'ngor* is a disease that sometimes affects Klingon children, somewhat 
akin to Terran measles (TNG "Up the Long Ladder")

All the Klingons from Kohlar's ship were carrying a dormant disease which 
will eventually become active and kill them.  Kohlar says, "It is the 
Nehret".  The disease is contagious, but only for Klingons.  Both B'Elanna 
and her baby became infected, but the Doctor managed to cure 
everyone.  (VOY "Prophecy")
