Never used in canon.

Trek trivia:

Trillium is a type of merchandise traded by Organian merchants. Whatever
it is, Cdr. Kor apparently knew of it when told "I am Spock, a dealer in
*kevas* and *trillium*." (TOS "Errand of Mercy")

Whether native to Organia, Vulcan, or somewhere else is unknown but it may
be related to Trillium 323, a valuable Caldonian mineral (TNG "The Price").
