cha' DoSmey DIqIp. Wouldn't the meaning with all of the departments together
be {Hoch 'ay'mey salary}? IIRC {Hoch} with an unmarked noun gives the
meaning "each", and {Hoch} with an explicitly plural noun gives the meaning
"all". So {Hoch 'ay' salary} would be "the salary of each department"
(separately), whereas {Hoch 'ay'mey salary} would be "the salary of all the
departments" (together). qar'a'?
