Never used in canon.

Related noun:

{nugh} "society (group of people with a shared culture); {tlham} "order,
structure (societal) [slang]"

See also {tIgh} "custom" which I think can sometimes be used for "culture"
in the sense of shared behaviors. (Note that the KLingon parallel title of
"The Klingon Way" is {tlhIngan tIgh} and that Okrand sometimes inscribes
{tlhIngan tIgh DaHaDrup'a'?} on books and photos.)

Related verbs:

Hach "be developed (e.g. a civilization)"; {'Itlh} "be advanced, highly
developed"; {tay} "be civilized"
