Never used in canon.
Many Klingonists use {chIrgh} for any religious structure: e.g. church,
synagogue, mosque or even monastery.
Cf. also {lat} "shrine".
We're not sure what the difference is between these. If by {lat} Okrand
means the portable box containing an image of Kahless used for personal
veneration, then we've seen one from time to time in Worf's quarters on
TNG. (There's a close-up photo of it in TKW p.210 showing its carved doors
open, containing a statuette of what appears to be Kahless holding a
conventional straight sword; interestingly, NOT his bat'leth.) If this is
a {lat}, it would seem to refer to a household shrine or altar (cp. the
Roman lararium which contained small statuettes of household gods) and not
a building. If so, you could probably use {lat} to refer to those jeweled
boxes the Bajorans use to hold their "Tears of the Prophets." {lat} might
also be an element in Quin'lat, a city on Qo'noS featured in the Kahless
legend.
