I didn't say they weren't all puns, i'm just pointing out as a greater, indeed he used a source for those words, showing that the other words most likely have a basis too. Weather it be abbriviated phrases, or names, or whatever.

He does this on purpose. Not every word has a pun behind it, but I'm 
convinced he does it to see if we will work out the joke. He intends us to 
have fun with the language.

Take the word {Sa'Hut}, for instance. Spelt backwards (*{tuH'aS}), it is 
from the Jewish/Yiddish slang word "tuckus". But very few people would work 
that out. The word {chang'eng} "pair" is the same, but see if you can work 
out the source of that one on your own.
