As others have mentioned, Quvar's sentence feels somewhat strange (to us) 
but is apparently grammatical.

I find no examples of {je} following the pronoun {'e'}.  The only slightly 
relevant example is:

   jach SuvwI' 'e' yIQoy!
   Hear the warrior cry out! TKW

which doesn't answer Quvar's question.
