I think you meant /Holqoq chu'/ (unless you really meant /Hol chu'law'/ --
"new so-called language" vs. "apparently new language")... /-qoq/ is a
Type 3 noun suffix, so it doesn't transition to the adjective following it
(only Type 5 noun suffixes do that).

Not sure I get what you're asking, but the sentence would probably be fine
if you moved the URL out in front:
"http://www.livescience.com/othernews/050131_new_language.html"Daq Holvam
lutDaj vIlaD.
"I read his story of this language at <url>."
Remember, nouns that don't identify subject or object come at the
beginning of the sentence... (TKD p.60)
