Following strict English usage, you meant "mean *who* prefer men".
The noun suffix {-vetlh} "that, those" is a specifier that contrasts
with {-vam} "this, these". You want the verb suffix {-bogh} to mark
a relative clause, usually translated with English "which, who, that".
