I assume the puns may have been noted before, but {chuy} would
almost certainly seem to come from "achoo"/"(a)chooie" (common
sneeze onomatopoeia, and {'IgnaH} backwards would resemble
"hankey" (from handkerchief).

I might be better off not knowing what {QaD} is, fearing a bad
pun here...
