You have 'become' in the English, but that would likely involve {-choH}, the
other type-3 verb suffix along with {-qa'}, which you've already used. I also
changed {-moH} (VS4: cause to) to {-mo'} (VS9: because). And the subject,
HTML, comes after the verb.
