{-ghach} apparently requires an intervening verb suffix, so I'd say no.
Besides, although Okrand has said there's no word for tears in Klingon, my
suggestion of {mIn bIQ} is not a word; it's a phrase (a technicality, I know).
And Klingons still have to have a way (don't they?) of describing what human
eyes do when people cry or cut onions.
