Never used in canon.  Presumably this is a court of law (cf. {ghIpDIj}
"court martial"), not a courtyard or an emperor's royal court.

For other legal nouns see {meqba'} "type of legal proceeding" (i.e. that
portion of a Klingon trial or appeal in which evidence is heard [cf. TNG
"Sins of the Father"]), {ruv} "justice", {teblaw'} "jurisdiction" and {yoj}
"judgment".  Some useful verbs are {noH} "judge/estimate" and {'oD}
"arbitrate, mediate".

For the presiding official we only have {'oDwI'} "arbitrator, arbiter" and
*{loHwI'} "magistrate" (lit. "administrator" - used in the recent Klingon
Augment episode on ENTERPRISE; if you recall, a magistrate presided over
Archer's trial on Narendra III (?) for conspiring against the Klingon
Empire and fomenting revolt in the earlier episode "Judgment").
