I believe that "latterday" just means the present, that is,
the holy people of today, so I'd use {DaHjaj quvwI'pu'},
by analogy with {DaHjaj gheD}. (I don't know if "honored ones"
is the best translation of the Mormon concept of "saint",
but that's all that comes to mind right now.
