I also immediately thought of ter'eS' version, although it completely 
ignores the pun with "richly".  Considering the contempt the Klingon 
warrior class has for money and finance, perhaps that's appropriate.

Another solution is to adopt - or adapt - an existing saying.  One that 
comes to mind is:

   qa' wIje'meH maSuv
   We fight to enrich the spirit.
   ("We fight in order to feed the spirit.") TKW

One version would be:

   qa' Daje'meH yIyIn.
   Live to enrich the spirit!

This keeps the pun on "enrich" -- at least in the English translation -- 
which should satisfy your employers.
