Found it. It's basically based on fanzine materials. The "worlds" in the
title refer to Qo'noS = Klinzhai (misspelled only on the cover) = NgoKnuur
(a fannish name for the Homeworld of the "Nguu Empire") and the Klingon
colony world of Kiazh (which appeared in some fanzines IIRC). The bulk of
the book (90 pages) consists of a series of autobiographies and clan
histories of the sort found on the web sites of various Klingon fan
groups. There's also about 30 full-page (8.5 x 11 inches) color
photographs of fans in elaborate Klingon costume and makeup.

Personally I was disappointed. I ordered it from a catalogue but if I had
had the chance to examine it in a book store, I wouldn't have spent the
money. However, if you're really into Klingon fandom or are one of those
people who absolutely must have everything published on the Klingons, then
buy it.
