An example of an imperative with a relative pronoun is the English phrase 
"which see" and its corresponding Latin equivalent "quod vide" (of "q.v." fame).  
So it CAN make sense, under the right circumstances.  And the Klingon 
equivalent may be >yIleghbogh<.
