Okay, I scanned two pages from "The Moscow Kremlin. The Imperial
Ryust-Kamera", Sp.Pete, Atlant Press, 2004, ISBN 5-98655-001-3.
The listserv seems to be filtering binaries off. This is what I had pushed
into the book:
