No, you can't sell the Klenginem song because it uses Copyrighted music in the
background. It could be considered a Parody, so you if you did you might only
get away with a slap on the wrist but you could also be sued for a lot of
money. You may be able to buy a copy of the background music from the copyright
holder, but I doubt it in this case seeing who the orginal author is.

If you give it away free and label it as Parody you'll most likely stay out of 
legal trouble. Most musicians aren't going to sue you for it since there is no
profit in it for them.

Before doing it, I would consult with a real lawyer. I'm not a lawyer I've just
taken courses on Copyright/Priacy and the Internet (DMCA.. etc etc).
