No.  {Daj} "test inconclusively" is inherently negative (like the adverbial 
{wej} "not yet}).  {Dajbe'} would mean "it doesn't test inconclusively".

FYI: The antonym of {Daj} is {tob} "test conclusively".  Cf. also {chov} 
"assess, evaluate, test" and {waH} "try out, test, use experimentally".
