Hub'eghrupHa', DuQwI'Hommey on SP2

In the second sentence on SP2 there is the word {Hub'eghrupHa'} meaning
something like "be caught at a disadvantage". Since {-Ha'} "always occurs right
after the verb" [TKD 4.3] and before any other suffixes, how is this to be
interpreted? It looks to me like a simple error. Does anyone have a different
interpretation?
The word {DuQwI'Hommey} ("little spikes" [on a {Daqtagh}] (KGT p61)) is
written as two words: {DuQwI' Hommey}.
Is there a compilation anywhere of transcription errors in HolQeD?
