That is the only title there is. The title is not translated into Klingon.
qurgh has put all of the Skybox cards online at
/cards/cards.html. The text of this card is visible
at /cards/S8.jpg. (The reverse side has some faux
Klingon writing on it.)

Not really. {tlhIngan} is not an adjectivally acting verb, it's a noun.
{batlh 'etlh tlhIngan} means "a sword of honor's Klingon" or "sword-of-honor
Klingon." What you want is {tlhIngan batlh 'etlh} "sword of honor of a
Klingon" or "Klingon sword of honor."
This is something that a lot of people do incorrectly. Nouns that modify
other nouns are always the FIRST noun in a noun-noun construction.
{baS 'In} "metal percussion instrument"
not
*{'In baS}
{tlhIngan Hol} "Klingon language"
not
*{Hol tlhIngan}
etc.
As for a translation of the card's title, the regular name of the weapon is
{betleH}. The term {batlh 'etlh} "honor sword" is descriptive. It may also
be a proper noun referring to the sword wielded by Kahless the
Unforgettable.
