as the first is given in my Webster as the main entry for
"marriage", and the second is fully covered by the common
"wedding", I'd be inclined to say, {tlhogh} very likely
includes the first meaning.
But until we have a separate word for the second meaning,
it'd be my guess, that one can refer to that as well using
{tlhogh}...
