When I translated my WinWord and Opera, I used clipped klingon, mainly to 
save space but also because that's how klingons think.

"Open..." = "poSmoH"
"Add" = "chel"
"compoase message" = "qon"

and not {yIchel} or {chelmeH} or {De' vIchel vIneH}, it would get too long 
and confusing.
