I did my own research and, although we've never seen {-chugh} used on a
pronoun, we have seen other Type 9s so used:
jIHtaHbogh naDev vISovbe'
I'm lost. TKD
jemS tIy qIrq. loDHom jIHDI' qIrq qun vIqImchoH.
James T. Kirk. I've followed his history since I was a boy. (ST5 notes)

Are you a Klingon? CK
So {jIHbe'chugh SoH, QInvam yIbuSHa'} "If you are not me, disregard this
message" seems fine.

"another my me"
Why add the possessive {-wI'}? It's a foreign technical term so just use
the literal translation {latlh jIH}. Another approach might be {jIH
cha'DIch} "a second me", but whether these would mean anything to a Klingon
is another matter entirely.
>I can imagine something along the lines of {...Daq jIHtaHvIS, ...} for
>"While I was in ..., ...".
IIRC we've never seen {-taHvIS} used on a pronoun-as-verb, but I see
nothing wrong with it. E.g.:
Qo'noSDaq jIHtaHvIS qagh vISop 'e' vIghoj.
While I was on Kronos I learned to eat gagh.
We've seen the Type 7 suffix {-taH} on a pronoun:
pa'Daq jIHtaH
I'm in the room. TKD
qIrq. DujHomDaq ghaHtaH!
Kirk. He's on the shuttlecraft! ST5
bIghHa'Daq ghaHtaH qama''e'
The prisoner is in the prison. KGT
We've even seen the perfective Type 7 suffix:
pa' jIHpu'be'
I wasn't there. TKD
You can also put Type 5 noun suffixes directly on the pronoun if you want:
SoHDaq Sum raS
You are near the table. (HQ 12/1998)
SoHDaq qeylIS qa' yInjaj!
May the spirit of Kahless live within you! PK
DaH jIHvaD yIngev!
Sell it to me now! PK
tuQtaHvIS Hem. ghaHvaD quHDaj qawmoH.
He wears it proudly as a reminder of his heritage. S20
chaq SoHvo' vay' vIje' vIneH.
[Maybe I'd like to buy something from you. (untranslated)] PK
For some reason I thought that pronouns couldn't use all the suffixes, but
I was obviously confused. You just have to keep in mind whether the
pronoun is acting like a noun in the sentence, or like a verb.
