Is this actually listed in KGT?  My notes indicate that Okrand has only 
used the spelling {qI'empeq} in his HolQeD article on finger verbs:

  qI'empeqDaq jIqan.
   (I think that) K'mpec is old.
   [lit. "I point at K'mpec with my little finger."] (HQ 10.2)

   qan qI'empeq.
   K'mpec is old. (HQ 10.2)
