As used in canon:

   jogh veH lungIv
   They patrol the quadrant border. KGT

   jogh veQ lungIv
   They patrol the quadrant garbage. KGT

It's not official, but some people use *{jogh wa'DIch} "Alpha Quadrant", 
*{jogh cha'DIch} "Beta Quadrant", *{jogh wejDich} "Gamma Quadrant" and 
*{jogh loSDIch} "Delta Quadrant" when discussing the Trek universe.

Similar nouns include {mIch} "sector", {Sep} "region" and {yoS} "area, 
district".
