Of course.  Just like the typo in the title {tlhI ngan toQDuj}.  Okrand 
supplied the publisher with the text, but he has no control over the 
(mis)printing.

{'ay'mey tetlh} "parts list" is obviously a loose translation for 
"technical callouts" (which phrase, BTW, I've never heard before).  No new 
vocabulary or grammar is needed.  Besides, no Klingon word begins with a vowel.
