Okrand provided a few words and expressions for Keith R.A. DeCandido's
pro-novel _Diplomatic Implausibility_. (I'm not sure if Okrand provided
*all* of the Klingon, however. Does anyone know?)

Here's the definition that appeared in the glossary:

{ma' to'vor} Mauk-to'Vor, a death ritual that allows one who has lost
honor to die well and go to Sto-Vo-Kor by being honorably killed by a
    House-mate or someone equally close."

The fact that there's no /q/ leads me to suspect that this is, in fact,
Okrand's own spelling for Mauk-to'Var. As the language's creator he feels
free to choose less-obvious spellings for words heard in the episodes.

>And Ghorkon? I think I've seen {gharqan} somewhere...

AFAIK there's no canon spelling, but *{ghorqan} is used most often for Gorkon.
