You are correct.  The use of /-Daq/ with certain words (like /jaH/) has
changed since TKD.  Some phrases in earlier sources don't agree with the
later information from this interview.  /jolpa'Daq yIjaH/ is also
grammatical, and can mean the same thing (with redundancy), or it can mean
"Go, while you're inside the transporter room!"
