/tlh/sounds.html describes the pronunciation of the
Klingon "letters".  It includes samples of someone speaking them so you can
see if you understand the descriptions the way they are intended.

One would not use {Qop} to describe a person.  {Doy'} "be tired" is more
appropriate.  Perhaps {choDoy'moHchu'pu'} "You have made me completely
tired" would fit your need.
